What I write in this book comes first and foremost from my own energetic experience, undertaken alone, with little or no assistance. What I call the "Body of Glory" is the whole of our energetic bodies, consisting of the 12 main chakras and 12 subtle bodies working together in perfect harmony, all of which forms the "Body of Glory."
When we speak of chakras and energy, it remains in the realm of the invisible and the imagined, as they are intangible. But when a chakra is open, it is felt physically, leaving no room for ambiguity.
Through the information, practical advice, meditations, and exercises offered in this book, you will physically feel your chakras and the energy that fuels them—if the exercises are done correctly, and of course, if your energy system is ready to receive divine energy.
Remember that energy alone matters; what you do in the material world is of little importance. When you leave this world, what will you take with you? Only your energetic system.
