Over 14 years of experience in the field of Quality Assurance and Quality Check in Chemical Industries. Worked as a Overall In-charge of Caustic division Laboratory and Water Laboratory. Further more was taking care of Oil division and Soap Laboratory.

Caustic soda and Caustic potash (both together 310 TPD), Chlorine and Hydrogen are the main product of this plant along with Hydrochloric acid, sodium hypo chlorite, barium Sulphate, potassium carbonate.
Castor oil derivatives, fatty acid derivatives and soap noodles & finished soaps.
24 MW DG generators and 50 MW Co-gen ( Coal based turbine) power plant.

Working as a In-charge(2nd level) of Caustic division Laboratory and over all in charge of Water Laboratory. Further more was taking care of Oil division and Soap Laboratory.
From Feb.1992 – March 93(CHEMIST)
Trained as shift chemist, analyses of in-process samples (in different stages) , and all finished products . Finished products are, - Caustic soda, chlorine gas, hydrogen gas, hydrochloric acid.
From April 93 – March 1996( CHEMIST)
Shift in-charge as a chemist , with additional work – raw material inspection and analyses viz. Common salt, barium carbonate, sodium carbonate, cellulose, flocculent chemicals, sodium sulphite, hydrogen per oxide,
D.M. Plant required resin and chelating resin ( specially for brine filtration) capacity.
Interaction with marketing department whenever customer complaint arises.
Inspection of SS 316, SS304, SS204, Nickel pipes and plates for commission of Fatty acid plant and caustic fusion plant.
From April1996– December 2006( Sr.CHEMIST)
Supervision of laboratory.
R&D work on Barium Sulphate recovery from brine and commissioned in-house plant and got National R&D award from the Government of India.
Implementation of new analytical techniques.
Set up separate water laboratory for 50 MW co-gen power plants.

Responsible for providing in-plant training to the new entrants into the organization with regard to process control and quality assurance.
